Route 66 T-Bone Steaks

Ingredients: 4 Certified Angus Beef T-bone steaks

Marinade:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
cup soy sauce
cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
tsp. black peppers
Preparation: Combine marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over steaks. Marinate overnight in a refrigerator. When ready to grill, remove steaks from marinade (Marinade should be discarded.) Grill steaks over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium, or to desired doneness. Serves 4
