Hickory Smoked Bone-In Ham - Heating Instructions

Preparation: From a thawed state: Remove ham from plastic packaging. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place ham in a deep roasting pan. Heat for approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours. At the 2 hour mark, insert a meat thermometer. Pull ham at 140 degrees. Let ham stand for 20 minutes before carving.

Our ham is naturally flavorful, but you may add your own seasonings to the outside of the ham after the first hour of heating, if desired.
