Sweet Apricot & Plum Glaze

For Roasting or Double Smoking Ham

Ingredients: 1 Smoked Ham
1 cup Apricot preserves
1/2 cup cup Plum sauce
1 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup prepared mustard
Preparation: Combine ingredients and lather onto ham prior to baking or smoking.

For additional flavor, start up your smoker with cherry, apple or orange wood, and double smoke ham.

Provide a drip pan to catch the glaze and utilize it for sauce.
