Orleans Pepper Dry Rub

Ingredients: 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation: Combine ingredients, sprinkle over steak prior to cooking.
Serving: Yield: Approximately two 12-oz. steaks or double the recipe for a three pound roast.
