Frenched Rack of Lamb - Preparation Instructions

Ingredients: 1 Cusack Frenched Lamb Rack
Seasonings of your choice
Preparation: From a thawed state: Remove lamb rack from plastic packaging.

Season lamb rack 1 hour prior to cooking and return to refrigerator.

Place lamb rack, fat side up, in a roasting pan. Cook in preheated 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until thermometer reaches desired doneness. (Rare = 140 degrees, Medium = 150 degrees, Well-Done = 160 degrees).

Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before carving.
