Terms and conditions are as outlined in the content pages of our site.

Cusack Meats accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Oklahoma State Tax of 8.375% will be applied to all orders placed by residents of Oklahoma.

Shipping charges are as follows and are per package: $15.50 per package (item) in the following states:
AL, AR, CO, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NM, NC, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY.
All other states (except AK and HI) are $22.00 per package (item).
Please call us for rates on packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.

We ship all orders via Federal Express®. Cusack Meats 100% guarantee for shipping applies only to address provided. Cusack Meats cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Please double check your shipping addresses for accuracy. Reshipments due to incorrectly provided addresses will be at customer's expense.

We're sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
You may chose to order now and delay your shipments to a later date. However, orders are processed as they are received. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your order.

Please order early during peak seasons to insure delivery of your package. We try to accommodate your requested shipping times. However, during high volume shipping periods, we may suspend shipping choices in order to process all packages most effectively.

If order is received with ample notice, Cusack Meats will mail an announcement card to your recipient to alert them that they will be receiving a gift. This allows your recipient to change a shipping date or to arrange for an alternate delivery address if needed.
Please note we have limited stock on some items. Prices are subject to stock on hand and subject to change without notice.
