Route 66 T-Bone Steaks
| Ingredients: |
4 Certified Angus Beef ® T-bone steaks
Marinade:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
¼ tsp. black peppers
|
| Preparation: |
Combine marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over steaks. Marinate overnight in a refrigerator. When ready to grill, remove steaks from marinade (Marinade should be discarded.) Grill steaks over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium, or to desired doneness. Serves 4
