Island Cowboy Steaks
| Ingredients: |
4 Bone-In Frenched Rib Steaks
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lime juice
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. whole black peppercorns
1/2 tsp. coarse salt
1/2 bunch parsley, stemmed
1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper

| Preparation: |
Place all ingredients (except steaks) in a food processor and blend approximately 3 minutes. Pour over steaks and marinate for at least one hour. Yes, the green steaks look unusual on the grill, the color does fade as the steaks cook! Grill over med. high heat until desired temperature is reached. Sprinkle with salt just before you remove from the grill.
