Sweet Apricot & Plum Glaze
For Roasting or Double Smoking Ham
1 Smoked Ham
1 cup Apricot preserves
1/2 cup cup Plum sauce
1 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup prepared mustard
Combine ingredients and lather onto ham prior to baking or smoking.
For additional flavor, start up your smoker with cherry, apple or orange wood, and double smoke ham.
Provide a drip pan to catch the glaze and utilize it for sauce.
