Tex Mex Dry Rub
| Ingredients: |
1 tsp. chile powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. ground oregano

| Preparation: |
Combine ingredients, sprinkle over steak. Lightly rub into meat. Cook as desired.

| Serving: |
Yield: Approximately two 12-oz steaks or double recipe for a three pound roast.
