Ready-to-Cook Prime Rib (Bone-In and Boneless)

Preparation: From a thawed state: Remove roast from plastic packaging. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season meat as desired. Place roast in a roasting pan uncovered. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of roast (not touching bone). Cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours (Boneless) to 2 hours (Bone-In). The internal temperature should be 130-140 degrees. Pull from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes (internal temperature will rise approximately another 10 degrees during this period).

This is suggested cooking time for medium
